Alcotec Red Hot
Alcotec RedHot Turbo Yeast is the only turbo yeast to use when it is over 91F (up to 104F). Many other turbo's will then overheat and produce less alcohol than expected or die entirely. Makes 14% alcohol in a few days (maximum tolerance of 16%). Sachet contents is 90g. Use 1 packet for each 5.5 gallons.
