Alcotec Fruit Turbo Yeast with enzyme contains a pure fermenting distiller’s strain of yeast which was chosen for its ability to retain important fruit qualities and flavors. It also contains an enzyme for breaking down pectin in the fruit for better more complete fermentations. Additionally the formula includes nutritional components missing from fruit. Fast fermenting this is the perfect yeast for fermenting brandies, ciders and grappa. Packaged in 60g sachets.
